• Usage data: properties, units, leases, uploaded documents, inventory photos

• Managing the properties, units, and leases you create on the platform
• Sending transactional communications (login links, notifications)
• Improving the platform and aggregated usage analysis

• Contract performance: when processing is necessary to provide the service

Data retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your use of the service, then for 3 years after account deletion, in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Connection logs are retained for 12 months.

Your data may be shared with the following service providers, strictly within the scope of delivering the service:

• Supabase (hosting and database — EU servers)
• Vercel (application hosting)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)
• Inngest (automated task execution)

We never sell your data to third parties.

Transfers outside the EU

Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Union. In such cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place (EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, passwordless authentication (magic link), restricted access policies, and regular security audits.
